How do the websites know what's fat and what's muscle on you? I wouldn't trust any of them. They have machines that test your body fat percentage (somehow); try using one of those.

Per me vorrebbe dire perdere circa 12 kg

IntroductionTo develop a scoring method for quantifying nutrition risk in the intensive care unit (ICU). Methods: A prospective observational study of patients expected to stay in the >24 hours. We collected data for key variables considered for inclusion in the score which included: age, baseline APACHE II, baseline SOFA score, number of comorbidities, days from hospital admission to ICU admission, Body Mass Index (BMI) <20, estimated % oral intake in the week prior, weight loss in the last 6 months and serum interleukin-6 (IL-6), procalcitonin (PCT), and C-reactive protein (CRP) levels. Approximate quintiles of each variable were assigned points based on the strength of their association with 28 day mortality. Results: A total of 598 patients were enrolled in this study. Based on the statistical significance in the multivariable model, the final score used all candidate variables except BMI, CRP, PCT, estimated % oral intake and weight loss. As the score increased, so did mortality…

Impossible to tell from age, height, weight and measurements. The only way to find out is by having a special type of x-ray called DEXA or hydrostatic weighing (dunk test). The healthy range of body fat for females is 14-31% approx, but being skinny or underweight does not automatically mean your body fat will be the lower end, because that is more typical of athletes and bodybuilders, i.e. those with a high ratio of muscle to fat.

You are obviously very skinny and underweight so I would work on getting your weight up to at least 110lb.

Based on your height and weight, as well as your 40-yard dash time, I believe that the best fit for you is at the wide receiver position. For your age, you have the ideal height and weight for a freshman wide receiver.

What you need to do this summer is eat healthy, and exercise by doing a lot of running every day. If you do these two things, you will greatly improve your chances of being successful in football this season.

The presence of obesity in COPD appears not to be a disadvantage with respect to dyspnea and weight-supported cycle exercise performance. We hypothesized that one explanation for this might be that the volume-reducing effects of obesity convey mechanical and respiratory muscle function advantages. Twelve obese chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) (OB) [forced expiratory volume in 1 s (FEV1) = 60%predicted; body mass index (BMI) = 32 ± 1 kg/m2; mean ± SD] and 12 age-matched, normal-weight COPD (NW) (FEV1 = 59%predicted; BMI = 23 ± 2 kg/m2) subjects were compared at rest and during symptom-limited constant-work-rate exercise at 75% of their maximum. Measurements included pulmonary function tests, operating lung volumes, esophageal pressure, and gastric pressure. OB vs. NW had a reduced total lung capacity (109 vs. 124%predicted; P < 0.05) and resting end-expiratory lung volume (130 vs. 158%predicted; P < 0.05). At rest, there was no difference in respiratory muscle strength but…

everyone has a plateau point.. so just because you train.. u will not continue getting unlimited muscle mass 🙂

getting bigger is fine.. as long as you are not ruining your joints or tendons in the process.. and as long as you are not gaining much body fat in the process…

though right now.. id say your at a great weight.. and do not think you should willing gain more then 10 lbs…

if say u get really cut… and lower body fat.. the you might drop to 180- 185lbs

38-22-36 is extremely curvy… that's really not normal.

Ideal is a 10 inch gap between bust and hips, for example, 34-24-34 is pretty much absolutely perfect for anyone 5'8''+.

I'm 6'1'' and 34-25-35, so I'm a little bigger on bottom, but I'd say I'm a little larger than average. Although you want your body fat closer to 16 definitely, and a BMI of flat 18 is always good.

Airline blames decision, which may result in redundancies, on new BAA charges BMI announced today that it was suspending flights between Glasgow and Heathrow, putting a number of employees at risk of redundancy. The firm blamed the decision to withdraw its seven daily flights from 27 March on an increase in BAA charges for domestic passengers, which it said made the loss-making route unsustainable. Coupled with the cost of an additional regulator fee, the airline said the charges being imposed on it have risen from £13 per passenger to £22. BMI said domestic passengers are being charged the same as international passengers and lodged a complaint against BAA, alleging discrimination. In a statement, BMI said: "Unfortunately due to the suspension of the Glasgow route a number of employees at Glasgow will be at risk of redundancy. The company has today commenced a 30-day formal consultation process with employees and the relevant unions to try and reduce the number of redundancies as…

no increase in the percentage of the obese in the population.

One other factor that's conveniently omitted in most “OMFG, The Fatties Are Taking Over” headlines is that we're also getting taller. At a BMI of 23, the average weight is 4 pounds per inch, and at a BMI of 25 it's 5 pounds per inch.

As for the diabetes spectre, even if you accept the inflated CDC/ADA figures that include “undiagnosed” diabetics, only 7% of the population has any form of diabetes. Even if one were to (incorrectly) assume that every, single diabetic is obese, that would still mean that 91% of the obese do not have diabetes. The actual percentage of those with officially-diagnosed is 4.8 percent, which makes the actual risk even lower.

I also love how people just assume that getting fatter means that we're less healthy. Isn't it possible that we were undernourished before?

Sorry, I just get really steamed at having to continually justify my very existence.]]>

What happened to the tumbs up and thumbs down…. I'd give those goons a thumbs down.

Anyways I'm not the greatest at imagining measurements, but you sound curvy and I'm rather attracted to curvy girls. I always like bigger hips and things like that. I also like the fact that you have the Portuguese and Spanish blood in you. That's pretty attractive 😛 So to me, you sound great!

Also, it sounds like you're at a great weight, despite your eating disorders. If you're really looking to lose a few more pounds try a bit of jogging if you feel comfortable doing so. Or stay away from drinks that are high in sugar.
