We are often asked how can i shed fat? This is a True story!

I went from a fairly athletic guy to becoming morbidly obese in less that 10 years! I was a heart attack waiting to happen. I had diabetes, heart disease, sleep apnea, asthma, joint discomfort, edema, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and so much more, especially in my head from the lack of confidence. I tried every diet plan in the universe and even had lap-band surgery. All of which only had temporary results. Till I discovered the truth. There is no magic bullet, Sorry. It took hard work and sweat and lots of tears while stumbling on numerous occasions… But, I lastly am on the road to greater well being and fitness. Here’s the 411 how I changed it around. how can i shed fat.

    Right now I want to hug you, I am glad you are smart enough to know not to stop eating, or take diet pills. Try the atkins diet, I lost 10 pounds in the first week [I am on week two]. No bread, pasta, flour, sweets, soda, etc. Drink lots of water. Google it :]

    Keep walking (and danceing) but its restricting of your calorie intake that matter.

    2. Control your portions. Instead of eating an entire bag of chips, pour some on your plate and put them away. Simple things like that.

    3. After your comfortable with your routine, try increasing your walking distance or even try running/jogging for a little longer.

If you think you need to do something about your weight, then do it and it will make you feel better. But if you don't think anything is wrong with you, then there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with you and you shouldn't even listen to other people and what they say. Do whatever to make YOU happy and then at the end of the day you would have made the right decisions for you. As long as it is with your happiness and well being in mind and not what others think about you. Also, I reallyy reallyy urge you to talk to someone about this.     The % bodyfat figure is the only one you really need to look at to tell if you are fat or not. Even though you haven't said, I'll presume you are female because they are the ones that always worry about this sort of thing.

    22% is a tiny bit high, so you are likely to be considered overweight, but not enough to be called 'fat'. However are you sure that's accurate? 5'6'' and 130 lbs doesn't seem like it would add up to that high to me…

Find out from a friend if people think you like someone, that could be your answer right there! He must think that you just want to be friends, so give it a little while, but if he's too scared to make the first move, you might have to. Anyways, in middle school, if you tell your friend, to tell his friend…ect…that you like him, he'll almost DEFINITELY ask you out. That's kinda just how middle school works. Plus, if he finds out you like him, he will ask you out because as far as I'm concerned, theres a 99.9% chance he likes you too!

    eat less and do tons of cardio, your body needs around 1500 calories per day. Now to healthily loose weight you should only eat around 1000, but its important to do at least an hour of cardio 3 to 4 times per week, because if you dont eat enough and dont do any sports your body will go into starvation mode, which will brake down muscle instead of fat.

    avoid fats, look at labels of what you eat, your daily allowance of fat is around 50mg, the less the better though. if you do this in a disciplined manner, it will be had, but you should see considerable results in about 3 weeks.

    are you self conscious?
    do you feel fat?
    that might be why you're starving yourself.
    but im telling you you will run into alot of health problems if you don't start eating you will get major stomach aches as i used to not eat at lunch also

    Some of your symptoms are the same of mine (except those of eating disorders) I'm dealing with them well even in this difficult moment of my life when I'm facing a very stressful situation.

    What I do is see my psychiatrist, psychologist and therapist as often as I can and try to keep my mind busy. I also take my medications as directed by Doctors and try not to skip a dose at all. It's helping me a lot.

    you are not over feeding them. Feed about 10 small crickets every day (each). Make sure you dust the crickets with calcium and multivitamin sipplements a few times a week too. One of them is skinnier than the other beccause the fat one is taking all the food. Try feeding one of them in a seperate rubbermaid bin so that they get equal food.
