    Okay, if youre running, you need your carbs and calories. Drink TONS of water, helps with bloated and weight loss. eat salads a lot, cut down on junk foods by about a half. also, if you eat big servings, cut them by half. i lost ten pounds like that. Eat almonds when your craving stuff. also, eating mangos, cucumbers, berries, apples, basically any fruit, TOTALLY helps! :D and when your eating, eat till your not hungry, not until your full. its also better to eat 4-5 meals w/ 400 calories in each one.     ok listen here. thats impossible, people on biggest loser who work there asses off (and they will lose more weight easily then someone ur size) only lose a cpl pounds a week. I bet you can lose 5..10 at the MOST! in 2 weeks..normally people will only lose 2 pounds per week. so you can lose that 30 pounds in a good 3/4 months :) sorry to disappoint you but its the truth :P

We use rice or wheat flour rotis as a staple to eat things with….y’know curry WITH rice or vegetables WITh rice and so on, just as you folks use bread or pasta. So adapting to LC means just upping the vegetable and meat/fish portions and dropping the rice. Not hard to do at all once you realize that one’s food habits are well….just habits!

She ate fine and drank so the gal did not call a vet. I watched her for a few days thinking that it was a strangles absess. but she did not get sick or runny nose.

    She sold the horse and never found out what it was.

    its all about calories in and out, but not all calories are created equally. I'd say if youre a girl you need at least 1200 calories, guy 1600 just to function. but to lose weight quickly, have medium carbs, high protein, medium fat, and do cardio/weights

    It sounds like bcuz of so many changes going on that yuor body and its hormones have caused a cessation (stop) of your period. This is very common with women that have eating disorders, are athletic, gain or lose weight quickly… anything that causes hormones to fluctuate. I wouldn't be worried. As soon as your body figures out it's way back to normal you'll have a period. By the way, I am not trying to say that U R any of those things I listed above, you seem very healthy. The sluggishness and all of the other symptomns are signs of the Metformin working, it about killed me at first.

    this Morning I had the tomato omelet with veggies.. This is from the Low carb menu . The amount of eggbeaters was very large as well and I could not finish but 1/2 of it and will use the other 1/2 for mid morning.( I can't believe I am saying it was too much food !!!!)))))
    Two observations, the seasoning seems to be right on for my taste.. I needed to add NOTHING.. to either meal.

    The only thing I will be doing in the future. is probably removing the food from the plastic container and heating it in the microwave/ convection oven on combo. Both meals had a increased amount of moisture in the package from freezing freshly cooked food.. so they would be better when some of the moisture can evaporate while heating..
    Other than that everything is A- OK…for me… I placed another order first thing this morning. but reduced it down to 1200 cal so I can compare the 2 but probably the 1200 will be just fine for me with my salads added as I like them and need the CRUNCH- I am hooked on cucumbers, sweet onions and ff sour cream salads..
    Anyway for now I think I will be quite happy with a change of pace of food and options…….. but I don't rule out getting the fresh stuff from [...]

    First of all, holy crap, you're tall.

    Secondly, I'm sorry to say that losing that weight will most likely result in the need for some kind of tummy tuck / full body tuck, depending on where the weight sat on your body, regardless of how much you exercise. Skin does have some elasticity to just bounce back, but not that much. Most likely your stomach/middle section will need some kind of plastic surgery.

    But you need more fruits and veggies in and between your meals.
    Eat five meals a day, and try to not eat at night. Also, if you could add in a little bit more exercise that would be fantastic! Try loosing weight first, then once you start a good pattern you can start toning up!
    If you have a local gym start to go there, swimming helps a lot, and slow jogging, because you can work up to a faster run. Im glad your drinking all that water! (: It will do wonders.
    Try cutting out those potato chips though.. go for light popped pop corn or a side salad. And not many fruit juices, if your eating fruits you don't need them.

    3 months.
    3 large thick slices of turkey with large portion of green beans and sm amount of mashed potatoes ( could have done without them as they were no fresh mashed )) I was having a hard time completing the meal… and was Not one bit hungry last evening
    this Morning I had the tomato omelet with veggies.. This is from the Low carb menu . The amount of eggbeaters was very large as well and I could not finish but 1/2 of it and will use the other 1/2 for mid morning.( I can't believe I am saying it was too much food !!!!)))))
    Two observations, the seasoning seems to be right on for my taste.. I needed to add NOTHING.. to either meal.

    The only thing I will be doing in the future. is probably removing the food from the plastic container and heating it in the microwave/ convection oven on combo. Both meals had a increased amount of moisture in the package from freezing freshly cooked food.. so they would be better when some of the moisture can evaporate while heating..
    Other than that everything is A- OK…for me… I placed another order first thing this morning. but reduced it down to 1200 cal so I can compare the 2 but probably the 1200 will be just fine for me with my salads added as I like them and need the CRUNCH- I am hooked on cucumbers, sweet onions and ff sour cream salads..
    Anyway for now I think I will be quite happy with a change of pace of food and options…….. but I don't rule out getting the fresh stuff from [...]
